How to use Castor Oil:

For gut & digestive support (belly button method):
Warm a few drops between your palms. Apply to the belly button and gently massage in a clockwise direction for 2–3 minutes. Best done before bed as part of your evening ritual.

For joint & muscle relief:
Apply generously to the affected area and massage in with firm, circular strokes. Use daily for best results. Can be used under a castor oil pack for deeper penetration.

For skin, scars & healing:
Apply a small amount to clean skin morning or night. Massage gently into scars, dry patches or areas of redness. A little goes a long way.

For hair & scalp:
Apply 3–5 pumps to the scalp and massage in. Leave overnight or for a minimum of 30 minutes before washing. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.

For lashes & brows:
Using a clean mascara wand or cotton tip, apply one drop along the lash line at night.
