Yes! Our formulas are free from harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and parabens. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Store your CastorSpell oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our amber glass bottles are specifically chosen to protect the oil from UV light and preserve its potency. Avoid leaving your bottle in a hot car or in direct sun, as heat can degrade the quality of the oil over time. When stored correctly, your oil will stay fresh for the duration of its shelf life  printed on the bottom of each bottle.

We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider or midwife before introducing any new skincare product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. While our products are made with  organic, natural ingredients and contain no synthetic fragrances, parabens, or harsh chemicals, every pregnancy is different and your health professional is best placed to advise you based on your individual circumstances.

Apply a small amount of our castor oil blend to your scalp and massage gently for 2–3 minutes. Leave on for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper conditioning) before either washing out, or getting on with your day. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.

Yes. Castor oil is excellent for moisturising dry skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines, and supporting skin barrier health. Apply a few drops to clean skin and massage in gently.

A castor oil pack is one of the most popular ways to use our 100% Certified Organic Castor Oil. Here’s how to get started:

• Apply a generous amount of CastorSpell 100% Certified Organic Castor Oil to your desired area  abdomen, joints, scalp, or wherever you’re focusing your ritual.
• Cover with your CastorSpell Organic Body Wrap to keep the oil in place, minimise transfer to bedding, and allow the oil to work while you rest.
• Leave on for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight for a deeper ritual.
• Remove and gently cleanse the area in the morning.

Consistency is key many of our customers do their castor oil pack ritual 3–4 nights per week as part of their wellness routine.

It’s one of our most asked questions! The good news: our Certified Organic Castor Oil contains no artificial dyes, so any oil transfer to bedding will usually wash out with the right care.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Castor oil is naturally thick and can transfer if not fully absorbed allow it to absorb before lying down.
• For overnight rituals, opt for darker sheets or pillowcases to minimise visible oil marks.
• If you do get a mark, treat with dishwashing liquid or stain remover before washing, and avoid the dryer until it’s fully gone.
