HOW TO USE
How to Use Castor Oil (for Packs & Ritual Care)
Step 1: Apply
Pour a small amount of organic castor oil directly onto your waist pack or the skin (over womb, liver, or affected area).
Step 2: Place Pack
Gently place your castor oil pack over the area (e.g. lower belly for womb, upper right for liver).
Step 3: Add Heat (Optional)
Use a hot water bottle or low-EMF heat pad over the pack for deeper absorption.
Step 4: Relax
Rest for 30–60 minutes or wear overnight for a deeper ritual.
Step 5: Remove & Store
Fold your pack (oil-side in) and store in a container for next use. No need to wash after every use.
Frequency
Use 3–5 times a week for best results. Follow your intuition or cycle.

Warm a small amount of castor oil in your hands and massage into the area (e.g. lower belly, joints, breasts, scalp, or dry skin patches).

Drop a few drops of castor oil directly into your belly button (navel). Gently massage the surrounding area in slow, circular motions. Supports digestion, hormonal balance, and emotional grounding.
- Use Circular Motions
Massage with slow, clockwise movements to support lymph flow and absorption.
- Leave On
Let it absorb for 30–60 minutes, or leave overnight for deeper nourishment.
- Cover If Needed
Use a towel or old cloth over the area to avoid oil on clothes or sheets.
- No Need to Rinse
Castor oil can stay on the skin, remove only if desired using warm water or natural soap.
