HOW TO USE
Suggested How to Use – Step by Step
1. Soak – Apply a small amount of castor oil to the cloth, just enough to moisten (not drip). You can also apply to a disposable cotton cloth or toxin-free disposable pad.
2. Place – Position the cloth over your abdomen or lower belly area.
3. Secure – Wrap with your CastorSpell Waist Wrap for comfort and minimal mess.
4. Warm (optional) – Place a warm towel or heat pack over the wrap to encourage deeper absorption.
5. Rest – Relax for 20–45 minutes. Breathe deeply. Be still. And release.
6. Cleanse – Wipe away any excess oil with a damp cloth. Store the cloth in a sealed container, preferably in the fridge, and reuse until it feels ready to be replaced (around 3 -5 uses or if it becomes tacky sooner)
Wrap Care – Gentle machine or Hand wash your wrap in cold water with a gentle, natural detergent. Air dry only, avoid the dryer to preserve the fabric and shape.
Use 3–4 times per week. Best during quiet moments, before bed, or as part of your self-care ritual.
Do not use over open wounds or during pregnancy without medical guidance.
