HOW TO USE
How to Use – Step by Step
1. Soak - Apply a small amount of castor oil to the cloth just enough to moisten (not drip).
2. Wrap - Place the cloth over your neck, covering the front of the throat and/or back of the neck.
3. Secure - Wrap with your CastorSpell Neck Wrap for comfort and minimal mess.
4. Warm (optional) - Place a warm towel or heat pack over the wrap to encourage deeper absorption.
5. Rest - Relax for 20–45 minutes. Breathe deeply. Be still. Release.
6. Cleanse - Wipe away any excess oil with a damp cloth. Store the cloth in a sealed container in the fridge; reuse until you feel it needs replacing. (Normally about 7 days)
* Use 3–4 times per week.
Best during quiet moments, before bed or in your self-care routine.
* Do not use over open wounds or during pregnancy without medical guidance.
