INGREDIENTS
HOW TO USE
Apply a generous amount of certified organic castor oil to the disposable organic bamboo pad.
Place over the liver area (right side, below the ribcage) or abdomen. Cover with cotton side of the wrap. Secure with the adjustable band.
Rest for 30–60 minutes, or wear overnight.
Use 3–5 times per week for best results.
Use the bamboo pad up to 3 times (or change if tacky sooner) add more castor oil to top up.
The pack can be reused and washed. Do not tumble dry.
